The centuries-old Giulia is a newly built villa completed in June 2023 surrounded by an hectare of olive grove. It is divided into 3 independent apartments equipped with all comforts. It is located at the foot of the Montagna d 'Avola a few kilometers from the Canyon of Cavagrande del Cassibile, 500 meters from the town of Avola and 6 km from Noto. Outside you can enjoy a spacious lounge area where you can admire the majestic centuries-old olive trees and relax sipping a glass of good Sicilian wine. We look forward to seeing you 😀

Realizzata all’interno di antiche costruzioni in pietra, vi offre il calore di un’abitazione accogliente, elegantemente arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari. La struttura consiste in una zona giorno con divano letto, cucina fornita di tutte le stoviglie necessarie, bagno, camera da letto matrimoniale e un grazioso terrazzino con una splendida vista sulla vallata.

The large 70 sqm loft has a bright living area with an equipped kitchen, living room and sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, while the mezzanine houses the sleeping area with two single beds. The air-conditioned loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an oven, a hairdryer, an iron, and linens. Outside, you can enjoy the patio and large covered veranda equipped with a barbecue and panoramic view. Parking is on-site and free.

Modica's Nest is a very special ancient little house with a spectacular view of the historic center, completely renovated following the style of the time. From the walls to the decor, it is a total immersion in the Modica of the late 1800s and early 1900s, moreover set and integrated perfectly within the Cartellone district, a timeless place perched on the hill in front of San Giorgio with a tangle of pedestrian alleys that refer back to the Middle Ages.
