Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

An amazing place for dreamers, star gazers, hikers and nature lovers, who also want to profit of the sea and the beauty of our city of arts: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca. We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. The house is located in Montebello, a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Camaiore. With its cafes, restaurants, shops you can take beautiful walks or mountain bike along the Via Francigena or along the paths of the Camaioresi hills. Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Rustic House of Angiò

In the small village of Mulina, in the Municipality of Stazzema, a typical rustic two-room apartment perfect for couples, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, in Alta Versilia about 15 minutes from the sea. Excellent starting point for numerous hiking trails. Also available a small outdoor courtyard. In the immediate vicinity is the Archaeological Mining Site of Molinette, Monte Forato, the karst complex of the Antro del Corchia as well as the Mines of the Silver.

The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
