Stunning luxury villa by the Madampe Lake near Ambalangoda. 1km from the beach. Free A/C, wifi, filtered water and breakfast with fruit, eggs, toast & homemade jam. The chef and houseboy living in the nearby service house are there to look after you. Large kingsize beds with high quality mattresses and linen. A contemporary hideaway but with antique windows and doors, smooth white concrete floors and an eclectic mix of furniture. The 45 foot infinity pool has breathtaking views over the lake.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Once you drive through the gate and drive up the road it becomes quite clear that you are about to arrive at the place that you were hoping for! Pictures cant explain what you are about the experience its far from an ordinary villa, so it has been named a private resort. Its all about adventure, a mix of architectural styles, relaxation, action & party vibe. We have 5 kingsize bedrooms with all their own bathroom, pool, pooltable, skatepark, trampoline, private lake, super staff!!
