Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This will incur in guests being evicted from the apartment, no matter what time it is Only 2 people can use lift at a time. A beautiful penthouse apartment situated in the historic center of Madrid. These spaces are not shared with anyone else. Good area, well connected. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops. It is close to the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the Airport Express 203 bus. I am happy to receive people from all over the world.
