You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

The house has just been refurbished from floor to ceiling. Towels and bed sheet are provided. Large garden. One parking space. 20 meters away is a workers' restaurant, a roadside restaurant and a 24-hour pizza vending machine. The house is 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway.
