Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

Unusually personal – pure relaxation Relax in this unique and quiet place to stay. You'll be staying right next to the Amper in a charming Art Nouveau villa with a giant garden. Munich is only 25 minutes away by S-Bahn and you can go to the FFB train station by bus or car, or you can walk the 1.3 km. There is plenty of parking - in the street, right in front of the door. Restaurants and shopping is in walking distance.

Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5 room apartment . The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
