The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 Common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. This large tastefully and elegantly decorated * *** home with atrium farm is located in the middle of the charming and lively commercial town of Kerteminde only 30 meters from Lillestrand, where the old fishing environment is preserved and walking distance to two of Funen's best bathing beaches, cozy marina and many restaurants. Kerteminde also offers sights and activity opportunities like the Fjord & Belt Center. The golf course Great Northern. Holiday home of 90 m ² completely renovated.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

There is an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the archipelago of South Funen. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

From the hallway, there is access to a lovely south-facing garden, with a barbecue and several dining areas. Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
