Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Wifi and with Chromecast in both TVs Attractive garden with trampoline, small football field with 2 acres, and Terrace with gas grill (excl gas). Charging stand SEK 3.50 per kWh

Scenic area by the harbor. Located on the 1st floor. Good shopping/restaurants/museums and close to sandy beach. Kitchen with dining area for 8 persons. Large living room with TV. 4 rooms for the big family. Small terrace at the entrance. Please bring bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in an old factory at the fishing port, where fish are landed by the local fishermen every day. Possibility to buy fresh fish at the fishermen, and can be grilled on the small terrace at the entrance. Lovely apartment for the price.

Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Modern and super nice summerhouse of a total of 98 sqm with 8 sleeping places divided into 3 bedrooms and loft. Perfect location just 12 km. from Slagelse, 250 meters to great child-friendly beach and walking distance (600 meters) to the beach center with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and supermarket. The house offers all modern comforts for the perfect holiday, including large 55" smart TV, washer, dryer and Wifi. All controlled by the intelligent IHC electrical installation system.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Sun and sea beach house

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.
