Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right on the lake. You come here to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the dock 30 meters away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside your door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you wish to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

Skadevi Manor for family, friends or colleagues

Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here you will find a cozy courtyard from 1929 with a total of 325 sqm, divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000 sqm plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of room for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a lovely week together. For us, the most important thing is that you have a really good stay. Feel free to reach out with questions, requests or thoughts.

Enjoy magical lake views and beautiful nature in this charming historic cottage that is reflected in the lake. Perfect for relaxation and recreation. A large private garden with several cozy patios. Meadows, forest, and open fields are uniquely framed by the lake. Enjoy walks in the beautiful surroundings among horses and alpacas. Fast fiber connection enables remote work. There is something to appreciate here all year round. Located 40 minutes from Stockholm/Uppsala. There is also a private boat and a private dock.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Our charming guest cottage is located in a natural beauty area with forests and lakes directly up the corner. Nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cottage is about 22 m2 and has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, plates and kettle and kitchen table. There are two beds as well as a sofa bed with a coffee table. Good transport links with bus or car to Uppsala (20 min) and Arlanda (35 min). Only 75 km to Stockholm.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Villa Vidablick, North Wing

Welcome to Villa Vidablick in scenic Halmbyboda, only 7 km from the city limits east of Uppsala. Enjoy this brand new and unique accommodation. The interior design style is from the turn of the century, 1880s in Scandinavian design. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with dining area and sleeping area in the same room and bathroom, about 35 sqm. Upstairs (one room) with living room, sofa bed, two sleeping alcoves about 25 sqm.
