The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Dog-friendly with 13-acre nature reserve. We focus on quality, comfort and relaxation. The beds have pocket-sprung mattresses, goose feather duvets/pillows, and 400-thread-count sheets. The sofas are squidgy and perfect for curling up on, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are two steps up and down in the hall.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.
