The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.
