This comfortable beach cottage is located just one house back from the ocean, but offers great ocean/sound views from 4 decks. Imagine, just steps to the beautiful Frisco Beach! The top level is open layout, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. This level also provides access to both the ocean-facing sun deck and the back sun deck. The first level master BR has a private deck. Although the listing says it’s a 13 minute walk to the beach, that likely includes packing the cooler time!

Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

The newly constructed home is elevated on stilts, featuring a green exterior and a spacious covered porch on the second floor. Large windows offer ample natural light, and the open design highlights the home's modern architecture.

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

The home is completely set up for groups of 8, being kid friendly. Beach accesses are up and down highway 12 with 1 just 1 mile away. Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Peaceful and Fresh Roasted Coffee is VERY PRIVATE. You have a private entrance, private bath full kitchenette and a cozy screened in porch. It's at the end of the road. Surrounded by nature. There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.
