House with stylish interior at the waterfront

The house is located in Woudsend. It is a luxourious house which is located between similar houses with a private jetty. The jetty is 7 meters long, where you can put your own boat in front of. The garden contains a sheltered tarrace which gives you a bit of privacy when you have your meal outside. The other terrace contains 2 loungers for some relaxing time. When entering the house at the ground floor you start in the hall, near the hall there is a separate toilet. When continuing your walk to the living room there is an open kitchenspace, which makes it comfortable to cook together. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used as if it is your own kitchen at home. The kitchen has all cooking materials as well as a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room contains a fireplace, for the colder days. The living room contains a read and sitting area with a television. Via the hall you can enter also the bedroom with 2 single beds and a little bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain a double bed and one bedroom contains a single bed. Furthermore there is a second bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, toilet and a bath. You can bring your own linen or you can rent a linen package including towels -12.50 euro PP Other facilities are a washing machine, a dryer and you can make use of two bikes. Two kids seats can be attached to the bikes if preferred. ***** One of the great advantages of this house is the fence which can be placed at the waterfront. As I have little grandkids I know the needs of this fence. The fence is placed within minutes and is safe (it is an official approved fence in France). *****

Enjoy in Woudsend - 6-person vacation home

Delicious 6 person holiday home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is located at an unique location, between the meadows and right on the open water. Here you have the holiday feeling right away! From the beautiful garden you have a wide view, you can sit blissfully in the sun on one of the two terraces on the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (7.5 m) you can sail up the Frisian lakes in no time.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). A lovely 8-person house with a large garden. Enjoy the different seats with wide views. Relax in the hot tub or sauna and then drink a glass of wine by the outdoor stove or fire bowl. In the evening, enjoy the house bar while you are hanging outside the BBQ ( covered) There is a possibility to go "working from home" in the office/conservatory. Waterfront villa

Thatched villa for recreation, nicely situated, right outside Stavoren. The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. There is a swimmingpool close by which belongs to the Marina, but you are welcome.
