Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather mood. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Pets are welcome. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity, lake, boat and ferry about a 10-minute walk away. Free parking at nearby public parking lot

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
