Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a playground, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shore of Lake Constance, lawn and gardening directly on the lake only about 400m away, about 900m to the station Fischbach, to the fair about 6.5 km. Bakery and bus stop at 300m.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are just outside the door. The lake is a 5-minute walk away and the outdoor swimming pool is a 3-minute walk away. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.
