Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Wooden house alone at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Apartment on Heuweg

This beautiful modern furnished apartment is located between Deggendorf and Passau (about 20 km) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to vacation and relax. The apartment is 50 m² and has its own entrance, which leads to the apartment via the external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a double bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The fully covered terrace, with a grill station, is of course also included.

Quiet relaxation in the heart of nature

Take a break and unwind in the peaceful village of Zwieslerwaldhaus right at the foot of the Falkenstein mountain 1315 m above sea level in the very heart of the German national park Bayerische Wald. The apartment is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities. In summer, you can go hiking or cycling. In winter, you will also find a groomed cross-country ski trail right behind the house. And you can relax in the sauna all year round.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature in the middle of nowhere. Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).

The chalet impresses with its luxurious furnishings. The ground floor invites you to relax in the modern kitchen-living room with its own Swedish stove and an open gallery. There is also a bedroom on this floor. The upper floor impresses with a spacious bathroom and a separate living room and bedroom. From here you have a wonderful view, which in good weather reaches all the way to the mountains.

Unconventional accommodation in a renovated, wood-paneled shepherd's hut. Not entirely discovered part of Šumava, the eastern foothills of Mount Boubín.
