Superbe appartement complètement refait à neuf de 50m2 au 2 ème ÉTAGE SANS ASCENSEUR d'une petite copropriété Malouine centenaire calme et tranquille. Venez profiter de cette vue exceptionnelle tout en prenant l'apéro confortablement installés sur le balcon. Les draps, serviettes de toilette, kit toilette (gel douche , savon) torchons à vaisselle , Nespresso + cafetière traditionnelle, bouilloire, ...Il ne manque rien. Café... thé... sucre. . ... tout est à dispo huile, sel, poivre etc....

Maison Beaufort - oase van rust met zonnig terras

Kom tot rust in een vredige cocoon te midden van de stad. Geniet van het zicht op de jachthaven op het (zonnig) terras. Sta op met zicht op zee op het balkon in de slaapkamer. Het leukste moment van de dag toen ik er woonde, was opstaan met een kopje koffie op het terras in de zon. Heerlijk gewoon! Het station ligt op 2 minuten wandelafstand. Daar kan je fietsen huren. Gratis parking: randparking ‘Maria-Hendrikapark’ op 10 minuten wandelafstand. Buiten toeristentax, zijn er geen extra kosten.

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

En entrant dans l'appartement , vous serez séduits par la superbe vue sur mer qui s'offre à vous depuis le séjour. Vous pourrez même en profiter pour prendre l'apéro sur le balcon (si le temps le permet!). Idéalement placé à Malo-les-Bains, vous pourrez profiter de tout faire à pied. Le logement est entièrement équipé et a été complètement refait. L'appartement est au 3eme et dernier étage sans ascenseur dans une petite copropriété : la vue se mérite ;)
