Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.

Originally, it was once a stable, which was then expanded in 2012 and from 01.04.2019 also gives you the opportunity to stay in a water bed. Our small house (built in 2012, awarded the Baden-Württemberg state prize for exemplary construction) is located in an old farmhouse garden in a quiet village. The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.
