The location of the house allows you to: - take part in the sunset, with the sun slowly setting over the sea that turns red; - share the dawn with the sun rising slowly; -participate in the breath of the sea and nature. Appartamento indipendente ristrutturato da poco, dotato di tutti I comfort, a soli pochi metri dalla spiaggia. La struttura è dotata di tutti comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, smart TV, internet veloce ecc.). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono incluse nel prezzo. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi di generi alimentari, macelleria, panificio, tabacchi. Ideale anche per un periodo di smartworking. Ma c'è di più! Siamo orgogliosi di essere eco-friendly, grazie al nostro impianto fotovoltaico!
