Near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, a few minutes from the river Lot, Le Papillon and La Libellule gites at Les Leroux, are a beautifully converted barn set in a rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. Views over the pool and sun terrace. Utility room facilities. The pool is for guests of both gites.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

La Petite Fagette is located on a quiet path while being close to the village. We love its exposed beams and the small stream that runs along the house. The cottage is located in the Lot, but also very close to the Dordogne to visit the Périgord Noir. Come and discover the charming villages nearby and the region rich in vineyards and gastronomy. The little extra, everything is included in the price even pool towels. Pets are also welcome!

Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!

Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
