The camp comes with direct access to the lake. The back yard allows for fun summer nights around the campfire and in the fall enjoy the infamous Vermont folliage all around you. The boat launch and State Park are 5 minutes away along with numerous mountains like Jay Peak only 25miles away. We offer a military discount.

The private one mile long road has little traffic that allows for quiet walks, and bike rides with the family. The dock is available to tie up a boat, or to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenic views, and sounds of nature. Two kayaks are available to use to tour around lake carmi.
