Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. A go to also is Bar vieux moulin, 10 minute walk. with entertainment like pool, jukebox music and the wings are fantastic. kayaking in Huntingdon not far from you also, always a fun activity.

Cool off in the summer months in the pool or warm up in the evenings in the hot tub. Situated between the house & pool you will find an extended deck with plenty of space to accommodate outdoor dining & relaxation. Sit out for an evening and enjoy the peaceful surroundings nature has to offer.

Located an hour outside of Montreal, Old Wood Hollow is a brick victorian homestead nestled far from the road, deep in the woods. With 100 acres to explore across hay fields, an orchard and a wooded trail, the modern farmhouse (complete with a built-in generator and a heated floors) offers a respite from the city. *Pool opens June 20th & closes on Labour Day. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful area. Walk the 70+ acres and feed the animals. We are right on U.S./ Canadian border. One hour to Vermont and Montreal. Stairs are on narrow/steep side getting up to apartment. Be aware this is a functioning farm. Chickens and other animals roam the property.
