Tramonto Cottage is directly at the water line with a hot tub, 4 levels of balconies including the incredible rooftop deck with its geodesic dome. Relax after a hard day of fun and adventuring by slipping into the hot tub. If you are looking for more, Plattsburgh is a short 10 min drive and the ferry to Vermont 5min.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. There's no better starting place for Adirondack leaf peeping in the Fall. 5 minutes from Malone, NY.

Located an hour outside of Montreal, Old Wood Hollow is a brick victorian homestead nestled far from the road, deep in the woods. With 100 acres to explore across hay fields, an orchard and a wooded trail, the modern farmhouse (complete with a built-in generator and a heated floors) offers a respite from the city. *Pool opens June 20th & closes on Labour Day.
