We feel that the best way to describe our getaway to be “Rustic Elegance”. When you walk through the door you will instantly feel the warmth of a uniquely styled Adirondack cottage. Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fire pit, horseshoes, more!!!

This recently renovated home is located in the heart of historic Winterport, Maine. It’s located on a quiet street with views of the Penobscot River. Winterport is an old fashion, quaint town, where everyone is very friendly. The home has three bedrooms and one bath with plenty of room to spread out. This house is so centrally located its only 52 miles to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, 21 miles to Belfast and 40 miles to Camden just to name a few of the beautiful coastal towns in Maine.

Small fridge with freezer, hot water kettle, coffee/tea, 2 electric burners, toaster & microwave. Firepit in large yard. Close walk to river.

Outdoor fields for games, grilling, access to Maine wildlife, with plenty of parking. Private master bedroom w/bath. Large community areas to enjoy time with friends and family. At night spend time by the campfire and take in the stunning night sky. Party and events are not allowed at this time due to COVID-19 policies.

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

The two bedrooms are upstairs in the loft and accessed by steep, traditional A-frame stairs. Downstairs features a casual hangout space with a pool table. Step onto the deck to enjoy the private hot tub, plus the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

Take it easy at this unique retro and peaceful second floor studio apartment. It features it’s own private entrance with ample parking. Fully functional kitchen with retro appliances and dishes. Bathroom features a large shower and vanity with plenty of light. There is a working rotary dial phone on the wall. There is also a record player with several albums. Cozy space for just relaxing. Sleeps 2 comfortably.

Welcome to our slice of heaven. The loft has ocean views, tucked away with all the peace and quiet you can handle. It's a modern barn- beauty. We are in a separate house on the property, but you will feel like you are in your own world. You might see our dogs wandering the trails, you are welcome to use as them well. If you're friendly, they might even show you around!
