Small cozy apartment with all comforts in the village of MONTOT ⚠️ 70, which is an old Gallo-Roman village. There are many old buildings, the bridge over the living room dating from the 17th century, a castle from the 16th century, beautiful fountains and washhouses, as well as the church dating from the 17th century. Lovers of the countryside and beautiful country walks, welcome. Beautiful museums are 15 km away (Champlitte and gray). A lot of documentation is available to organize your outings.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nous parlons également français.

Maisonnette de charme indépendante et lumineuse. Entièrement rénovée, équipée à neuf avec des matériaux et accessoires de qualité (douche italienne, smart TV, cuisine toute équipée). Nous avons pris plaisir à la rénover, nous espérons que vous prendrez plaisir à la découvrir! A charming little house and completely independent! It has been fully renovated and equipped (walk-in shower, huge smart TV, fully equipped kitchen). We enjoyed renovating this home, we hope you will enjoy discovering it!

J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant.
