This cozy three-bedroom home is just a short walk to the Lake Como beach and has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable including spacious bedrooms, smart TVs, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball and karaoke. The second-level loft has great natural light . Outside, you'll find concrete patio and walkway, and stairs leading down to the river and firepit. no pets

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

There are hiking/walking trails all around as well as rustic roads to explore.
