This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

This home has peace of mind, relax with your whole family! Wooden cottage with two double bedrooms and a full-length bed in the loft, loft kitchen, bathroom and a small porch, with exteriors under a nice pine forest. a great place to disconnect from the mundane noise and stress of big cities. Located very close to the A7 highway ideal for resting a day or two and continuing the trip. Departure from the A7 in Fortuna, Murcia. 15 minutes from town.

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

A spacious indoor area features a variety of seating arrangements, illuminated by colorful lights. Multiple levels are visible, connected by escalators. Many people are seen socializing and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, while diverse food and retail options are located throughout the space.
