Come stay in this cozy country guest house. You'll get entire building to yourself. Downstairs is the 2-car-garage and washer & dryer. Our home is very neat and tidy. It is a great space for a family looking for a little more then a hotel room. It is conveniently located one block from Main Street, Niles Saloon & Hotel, Antonio's, Shopping, the Courthouse and near Modoc Medical Center. Sorry no pets and absolutely no smoking of any kind.
