Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Small bathing area near the house. Larger beach as well as nice walking paths, bike paths and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. About a 15-minute drive to the east coast's pearl, Öregrund. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th-century Manor. A car is needed for this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.
