Stadsnära lägenhet vid sjön Runn.

Rum med pentry, 25 kvadratmeter. Badrum med dusch. En dubbelsäng (120 cm bred) samt bäddsoffa för 2 personer. Boendet är maximerat för 2 vuxna, men finns även plats för 2 små barn. Pentry utrustad med spishäll, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare. TV och Wifi. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Ni får även tillgång till tvättstuga som finns i huvudbyggnaden. Vi tar ut en städavgift på 200kr för sängkläder osv. Däremot räknar vi med att ni genomför en finstädning innan ni checkar ut.

Busshållplats 4 min promenad. Huset är timrat i Ottsjö Jämtland och räddades från ödehusdöden då det flyttades hit. Inredningen är unik med svenska historiska möbler och föremål. You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Välkommen till detta mysiga krypin vid Dalälvens kant, 5km utanför Hedemora. Grilla på uteplatsen, basta och ta ett dopp från den egna bryggan. Inomhus finns ett modernt kök, toa med dusch, öppen spis, tv och wifi. Bastun är vedeldad och tomten badar i sol om förmiddagarna, sol ända in på eftermiddagen nere på bryggan. Ved och kanot finns på plats mot ersättning. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och en 140cm bäddsoffa på övervåningen. Ps. Håll utkik på vattnet efter bävern om kvällen

The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

NYTT sommaren 2022, hyr paddleboard 100kr/ dygn, finns 2 styck. NYTT sommaren 2020, Altan med grill, matbord och parasoll med fantastisk utsikt över Dalälven! Nybyggt hus/stuga med fantastiskt läge vid Dalälven. Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.

Sjöstuga med alla bekvämligheter vid fiskesjö.

Ett boende närmare vattnet är nog svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solgången är ett extra plus. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort. 2-4 sparkar finns att låna.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
