An entire 3 bedroom house sized guest suite, it is the lower level of a two storey house and has its own separate entrance & track to the beach ( a 3 minute walk down hill), or a 5 minute walk down the road. It is very private. Has 2 decks. It's not uncommon to see kookaburras, lorikeets, black cockatoos & whales as part of the landscape. Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.
