In a rural setting, with a river and reservoir in the village, 45 minutes from Serra da Estrela, 15 minutes from downtown Viseu, 8 minutes from Mangualde, In the village, there is a pastry shop-mini market and restaurants 500 meters away. In Mangualde, there are hypermarkets and a calm social life. In Viseu, you can enjoy the Sé Cathedral, Grão Vasco Museum, huge restaurants and shops, as well as an active nightlife, with bars and cinemas.

The house offers all the conditions for a stay with family and friends, due to the available space, consisting of 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed, in addition to allowing family evenings in the common areas (kitchen and living room).
