The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Panoramic and comfortable cottage less than 1 km from the center of S Alfio, the "chestnut tree of a hundred horses" and services. A few minutes from the sea, ski resorts, Etna hiking trails, Taormina, Alcantara Gorge, Catania and its province, Syracuse. It has outdoor spaces where you will be enchanted with your eyes immersed in the wonderful panorama day and night, perhaps enjoying meals, a coffee or an aperitif. Not isolated but at the same time immersed in a countryside setting that conveys serenity and relaxation.

The villa is located at the foot of Mount Etna, but also a few km from the sea, Taormina and Giargini Naxos. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to many tourist resorts. You will find yourself just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.
