The place is unique, nestled in the height of a wood located in the Essonne (8 kl of Milly la Forêt), 1 hour drive from Paris. The isolated site is preserved from any construction. Built in wood and stone by an artist in the 60s, restored in 2017 and offers modern comfort in kitchen and bathroom with sauna, yoga-shala, Japanese toilet, while keeping the original spirit of a relaxed "hut".

"Le Cerisier"

Studio on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. The studio, extended by a private terrace, is located at the back of our house with independent entrance so it is away from street noise. Ideal for a couple of hikers, or just a break between river and forest. Train station and shops are a 7-8 minute walk. Please note, the ceiling height is 1.85 meters, it is not very high :-))

Our house is a beautiful, perfectly preserved, spacious and comfortable 1930s grinder, in a beautiful setting by the river. 800 m2 garden, with furnished terrace. In front of us passes a towpath that will take you in 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful village of Moret sur Loing. Saint Mammés is a charming boat village, accessible in 10 minutes and offers small shops. Fontainebleau and its forest are close too. .
