Charming 2-room apartment attached to my main residence and consisting of a large fully-equipped kitchen, small sitting area and bathroom/toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), as well as a bathroom/toilet. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and on clear days the Pyrenees mountain range. The accommodation at the gates of Gers is close to J. Curie, the expressway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious place to stay. The house is 25 minutes from the center of Toulouse and 3 minutes from the ring road access. Quality bedding! Close to all amenities on foot: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, tobacco, supermarket, fuel... Wooden terrace with wooded and fenced garden, not overlooked. Halfway between the Gers countryside and the center of the Pink City (Place du Capitole, Basilique Saint Sernin, Canal du Midi, Museums...).

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.
