Beautiful studio, freshly renovated, close to the park and downtown with🥩 butcher shop, 🥐bakery,🍽 restaurant, bar,☕️ tobacco shop. The memory foam sofa bed and sofa is easy to use and offers a comfortable bed. The studio has a 25 m2 🍸private terrace. If you are looking for beautiful hikes or cycling, it is perfect for nature lovers (🚲secure box). Located not far from Rennes and only 1 hour 15 minutes from the Breton coast⛵️🌊

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

A modern kitchenette is showcased with sleek cabinetry and a countertop. A small dining table is paired with white chairs, while a coffee machine and microwave are visible. Wooden floors add warmth to the space, which is well-lit by natural light.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.
