Area adjacent to the city center (15 min walk from the historic center) with numerous services within walking distance of the house (tobacco shop, food, bar, pharmacy and shops). Convenient private outdoor parking (free). Strategic location to visit both the city of Foligno and the nearby Umbrian cities (Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia etc.) and typical villages (Rasiglia, Spello etc.).

We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
