We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Three Birds Guest house, a rural riverside home

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

1A Chalet Horst - ski and Panorama Sauna

Relax with the whole family in this newly built luxury wellness "1A Chalet" WITHIN MINIMUM DISTANCE OF THE SKI SLOPE IN THE SKI AREA AT KLIPPITZTÖRL, with glazed panoramic sauna and relaxation room! Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Vacation home: Great location, plenty of space and large garden

Experience special moments in this unique place to stay. Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails into the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Webertoni Hut

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

Quaint mountain hut (self-catering)

Built around 1900, the mountain hut is located at 1150 m above sea level, far from public roads. 1 neighboring hut. Especially for motorsport fans, the hut is suitable (or for family members who do not want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) linear distance to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The cottage has its own source, electricity through PV system. Access: steep, unpaved forest road. 4x4 - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels.

Cozy garden apartment near Formula 1 Circus

Two fun-loving pensioners rent their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in a rural setting is completely at your disposal. Beautiful garden terrace and garden to chill after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel … a bike ride on the Mur Cycling Path … an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) …or as a relaxing stopover on the way home from the south. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Located at 1200 meters above sea level on a picturesque southern slope, we find the Saualmleitn. Relaxation and peace in an absolute secluded location, holiday in the countryside in a modern ambience crowned by a natural pool filled with spring water, a homemade bath barrel and a panoramic sauna.
