We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. Welcome to Hayyam House, your Şairhane venue for those who love nature and traveling. Şairhane houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600-year-old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça is 8 km away. Old Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain cycling and hiking trail passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly dogs.

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.
