The home is bright and pleasant with good window surfaces. There are beautiful panoramic views of the sea towards Bergen city centre and surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 large bathrooms with polished natural stone flooring. The kitchen is 22 m2, has a view in three directions and a direct exit to terrace no. 1. From the kitchen there is an open solution to spacious living room of 45 m2 with glass sliding door out to terrace no. 2. I prefer that guests wash out themselves. There is a cleaning fee of 2 000 kr, which is refundable if you wash out yourself.

Welcome to a spacious and modern apartment located in a rural location and at the same time centrally. Panoramic views of the lake and bird life from the sofa nook. Proximity to nature, sea and hiking areas, perfect for those who love the outdoors. Fishing and bathing facilities. Access to private quay. Secluded and without any traffic noise. Centrally located on Askøy, 5 min. walk to the bus stop and grocery store open on Sundays. 20 min by car to Bergen city center. Or take a speedboat to Bergen city center from Kleppestø 5 min by car.

Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. A flat with a spectacular views in the middle of Bergen city centre. The flat is located only minutes walk from Bryggen which is in the heart of the city. From the flat you have easy access to walks in the surrounding mountains. Whether you would like to have a go at the famous Stolzekleiven or would like to ride on the Fløibanen to enjoy panoramic views across Bergen and the coastal area. The studio flat easily accommodates 2 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom.

Leiligheten er velutstyrt med det du trenger for et fint opphold. Gratis parkering på stedet. Ca. 5 min. spasertur til buss som tar deg til Åsane Senter, hvor korresponderende buss går til Bergen Sentrum. Kjører du bil tar det ca. 10 min til Bergen Sentrum . Shopping senteret, mat ,vin, mm. ligger 10 min unna med bil. (Åsane senter)

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
