The courtyard has a heated pool (available for use during the main season) sunbeds, outdoor seating and private parking. Less than ten minutes from beaches the port of Marseillan, the Etang de Thau, close to Meze and Sete it is a great base for exploring.

You will appreciate the calm and atypical of this Cosy apartment in the heart of the village of Florensac. You will enjoy its exterior in the center of the village, while being 5 minutes from Marseillan town, 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Agde train station. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may meet us, or meet our adorable dog Patoss. We will take the opportunity to give you the right tips and good tables from home .

The house has a very nice tastefully decorated living room. The equipped kitchen is very functional and open to a beautiful living room. You will find 3 beautiful bedrooms, including a master suite. A beautiful swimming pool awaits you with its sun loungers as well as a jacuzzi. You will also have the opportunity to use the summer kitchen with a bar directly overlooking the pool. A second garden area with sunbed and views of the fields is accessible across the house

Charming house with breathtaking view

House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.

Between vineyards and the sea in a charming village, come and rest in this small cocooning accommodation. To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.
