A stone's throw from downtown but without the problems of downtown! Brand new construction , air conditioning, reserved parking space in the condominium garage for medium-sized cars and closed by an electronic phone. The public transport stops and the bike and scooter sharing points to reach the center are very close to home. Bright,quiet and spacious, it has a kitchen, two windowed bathrooms with shower, laundry corner with washer-dryer and coffee break corner. It also has wifi and a 55-inch TV

Benvenuti nella mia casa in pieno centro a Firenze, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse della città (Stazione, Duomo, Mercato Centrale,Cappelle Medicee ,Ponte Vecchio etc). E' una antica e soprattutto autentica casa fiorentina, ristrutturata conservando volutamente le caratteristiche delle vere abitazioni di un tempo. Accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort, si affaccia su una tipica strada con ristoranti, bar gelaterie. Vi sentirete come a casa vostra!

You'll love it for the comforts of it and its strategic location in the heart of downtown. Located in an area full of every service, under the house you can find all the sharing cars, bars, restaurants, and everything you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups.
