Quiet studio flat facing an internal courtyard with air conditioning and a spectacular view of the famous Duomo. On the ground floor of the flat, you will find the living room-kitchen area and have access to the very spacious terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom for two is on the mezzanine (19steps), as well as the bathroom. Experience immersion in the centre of magical Florence and enjoy insider tips from your co-host Nicola, who also happens to be a tour guide!

The Villa le Pergole Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed in the loft. Between the two bedrooms there is a living room for guests. In a corner of the suite, in the second bedroom, there is a microwave oven and an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is free parking and a swimming pool from May to November. Additional cleaning on request with change of sheets and towels is subject to a fee for a total of €40.

The house is in an old building (1400), in the heart of the city centre. Originally it was a convent, the "convento delle Badesse" because of the San Pier Maggiore Church based behind the facility. During the years the building was restored e changed its shape. Into the centre of Florence, the apartment it's also very close to humanities and architecture university.
