Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking excursions & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll a little from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The Flims/Laax and Obersaxen ski resorts can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sleds are rented on site. The bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. To the mountain railways and the various shopping facilities you need about 5 minutes on foot. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Flims and the surrounding mountain panorama. The ideal place to relax!

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor right on the ski slope. Fantastic mountain and village views. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cubicle and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.
