Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking excursions & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll a little from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The Flims/Laax and Obersaxen ski resorts can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sleds are rented on site. The apartment was completely renovated with a lot of passion and newly furnished in the cozy alpine chic. It is located in the Quadra holiday residence right in the center of Flims. The bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. To the mountain railways and the various shopping facilities you need about 5 minutes on foot. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Flims and the surrounding mountain panorama. The ideal place to relax!

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Gorgeous and cozy top-floor apartment right on the ski slope. Fantastic mountain and village view. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have one double and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cabin and the third has a large bath. Ski room and laundry area for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.
