Nous vous accueillons dans notre beau paradis de fleurs, notre havre de paix vous attend. Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Le gîte Ô Lunain, maison de 40m2 située à Nonville , village de la vallée du Lunain entre Fontainebleau, Nemours et Morêt Sur Loing. Havre de paix dans une propriété de 4 hectares de jardin, de bois avec rivière . Nous habitons sur place dans une autre maison,nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir. Chauffage électrique/poêle à bois pour ceux qui veulent. Déconseillé aux enfants de - de 10 ans par mesure de sécurité ( rivière).

Charmant deux pièces en duplex indépendant, entièrement rénové, donnant sur une belle cour commune (grand préau/salon mis a disposition). Situé entre les chemins de randonnée de la forêt de Fontainebleau et le Loing. Un ménage de qualité est prévu par nos propres soins ( compris dans le prix). Location de vélos (dont électriques) possible chez notre voisin (instructions sur la dernière photo de l'annonce). Piste cyclable a explorer sur le chemin de halage du canal du Loing ( Scandibérique).

Located in a listed village, the house offers a magnificent garden where the meanders of the stream will lead you to a long shaded pond at the end of which you will discover the intimacy of an old wash house. The honey-coloured house is a cocoon of comfort with its wood-burning stove. The three bedrooms with exposed beams encourage rest. PS: the double bed in bedroom 1 can be transformed into 2 single beds
