Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the property and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The neighborhood offers nice "paths" for recreation and nearby are swimming lakes, hiking trails and attractions. The accommodation cost includes sheets, terry towels and final cleaning.

A charming newly renovated cottage on the outskirts of Skånes Viby, just outside Kristianstad. Entire house with large spacious garden next to Kristianstads Vattenrike. A paradise for bird watchers, with just over a mile to Åhus's beautiful beaches. The house may not be rented for private parties. If you rent with pets, we are happy to ask for an extra vacuum before leaving the house. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will be charged!

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

For groups of more than 8 people, we suggest the possibility of renting our other house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together.
