The popular Haukland beach is located about 15 minutes from the cabin. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

Well-maintained and venerable Nordland house from the early 1900s. Located high and shielded on the west side of the idyllic Beiardalen. Full kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with spacious freezer and stove with induction. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi, TV with smart box for streaming/apps, as well as Blu-ray player and a small selection of movies on DVD. Large dining room with space for 10-12 4 rooms upstairs with 8 beds and a sofa bed. Steigen Lodge Sjøhytte Våg no. 1

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

The barn in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.
