In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

Here are 4 beds, complete with duvets, pillows and bed linen. The kitchenette has a gas stove and fridge and everything you need for cooking and serving. Wood-fired heating. Firewood is included. The cabin is equipped with electricity and wifi. Water is collected from the stream, in winter the host puts in cans with water. Outdoor toilet located nearby.

Kjerringøy

Beautiful Kjerringøy is only an hour's drive north of Bodø. Here you can experience white beaches and several freshwater areas you can swim in right next to the residence. In addition, a small river flows just past the house, which is a popular swimming area for both adults and children. There is one bedroom with double bed. Welcome to our simple and charming cabin with a magnificent view of Landegode. The cabin is peacefully located in Skytjedalen, approx. 5-10 minutes walk from free parking. Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers a café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.
