The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Das LANDHAUS Mayer-Ledermann befindet sich im Zentrum vom Naturdorf Fischen im Allgäu. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Ein Parkplatz am Haus wird Dir zur Verfügung gestellt. In 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Auto in Oberstdorf oder den umliegenden Dörfern. Ein Anreise mit dem Zug ist auch kein Problem. In 2 Minuten ist der Bahnhof erreichbar. In nächster Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wander- & Mountainbike-Möglichkeiten.
