In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Friendly, bright, quiet studio apartment with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and Area47 are also close by. The property is located directly on the Inntal cycle path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, by train Innsbruck is approx. 35 minutes away.

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Our farm is situated in a unique, quiet location, right on the edge of the forest and embedded in untouched nature. Here you will find the perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing. Enjoy the idyllic surroundings. Our family includes grandma, grandpa, my husband Hansjörg and our 3 children. We have cattle, pigs, running or flying ducks, Valais black-nosed sheep, our dog Lilly, the cat Minki and my chickens - who provide us with the best eggs.
